TWECS-Home Aims & Objectives Shall Also Environment Conservation Members Income
Purchase, take on lease, or exchange, hire, accept as gift or other wise acquire or deal in, any land, movable or immovable property or rights therein or privileges attaching thereto, on such terms and conditions as the Society deems fit and proper, which may be necessary or convenient for the furtherance of its objects anywhere in India or abroad.
Receive and accept grants, endowments, subscriptions and donations for the purpose of the Society and/or associated, ancillary research or social service or other educational institution of the Society, provided that no subscription or donation, etc., shall be accepted if it is accompanied by conditions inconsistent or in conflict with the aims or the satisfactory running of the Society and /or it’s associated concern(s);
Sell, lease, mortgage, charge, surrender, let on hire, exchange, dispose of or otherwise transfer for consideration or by way of gift all or any rights in other society or person or persons;
Buy, sell, endorse, negotiate or transfer any Government or other securities and to collect and release interest, bonus, dividend or profits on such securities;
Regulate the expenditure and manage the accounts of TWECS in general, and also of the associated, ancillary research or social service or other educational institutions of the Society.
Determine the number, order and grades of pay and allowances and perquisites of posts; create, suspend or abolish the posts and fix the emoluments and terms of service of the employees of the Society through the Board;
Engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorneys, managers and agents as may be needed for the work and furtherance of the aims of the Society, grant extension of service to the staff including extension beyond the age of superannuation and impose penalties on members or the staff for any conduct inconsistent or in conflict with the aims or the satisfactory running of the Society and /or it’s associated concern(s);
Provide hostels and residences, as may be needed, for such staff, students and workers who belong to--or work for it;
Establish and maintain through hire, lease or purchase--an efficient Central Office of the Society and for its institutions, in Delhi and elsewhere as needed, with adequate staff, modern equipments and facilities for guests and any such visitor or staff accommodations;
Invest and deal with its funds and money in securities of property and to operate its account with any bank, bankers or individuals, or agencies, etc., upon such terms and conditions as may be determined or deemed expedient;
Lend or otherwise employ belonging to it and/or borrow or raise money with or without securities by mortgaging, or debentures, or charging the whole or any part of its property, assets or rights and on such terms and conditions as may be determined from time to time;
Engage, invest or enter into any contractual obligations for the purpose of promotion of sound and liberal education towards attainment of the object of the Society;
Take over, on such terms as may be determined, any existing school or college with its properties, movable or immovable and with or without its liabilities, and carry on the same as an educational institutional or amalgamate the same with any school or college established by the Society and/or amalgamate with any other Society having similar objectives;
Enter into any arrangement with any Government for securing grants in aid for any school or research or educational or social service, environment and development, institutions;
