TWECS-Home Aims & Objectives Shall Also Environment Conservation Members Income
All the incomes, earnings, movable or immovable properties of the Society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its Aims and Objectives only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid nor profits or surpluses of the Society generated by its activities, in any manner whatsoever be given to the present or past members of the Society or to any person claiming any rights through any one or more of the present or the past members. No member of the Society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the Society or take away any surpluses as profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership, while services rendered to the Society shall be paid for as laid down by the Board of Governors or the office bearers for such professional or Society work. The office bearers and members shall work purely in honorary capacities.
