To establish and run progressive Indian and International school and/or other national and international institution of school education and higher education and research, open to all without any distinction of race, region, religion or language, nationality, sex, caste, community or special status.
To impart sound secular, liberal education to boys and girls and young men and women during their impressionable years. Education that will lay stress on character building, esprit-de-corps and all-round development through discipline and a sprit of adventure, outward bound activities, community, social and rural service. Environmental planning and wildlife conservation, development in an atmosphere of international peace, social justice and world understanding based on solidarity amongst all peoples and fair apportionment and development of the world’s natural resources, for the poor and the rich national alike.
To develop among students and young people a feeling of pride in Asiatic Third World and Indian indigenous cultures and to cultivate youth who will grow into good citizens of theirs own countries and rise above cultural, social, racial, communal, religious or national prejudices.
To encourage, disseminate, educate, guide, provide, train in environmentally sound and other appropriate technologies based on modern scientific principles for the benefit of the masses and the rural and urban poor, and to replicate these wherever possible through projects of publication, like the Journal of Sustainable Development and other literature, and projects of education and by all other means.
To educate people for creating increasing awareness of the need to develop and help with problems and issues of environment and development, equitable and rapid sustainable development, employment generation, educational, economic, industrial progress and women and child development, in consonance with the urgencies of environmental conservation, and other types of conservation, protection and equitable non-destructive utilization of the renewable and non-renewable natural resources of the world and of India.
To start, establish, run, takeover or manage and maintain professional or vocational training Institutions in any field of education.
To conduct research in education and other disciplines on the different subjects relating to education.
To promote literacy, cultural and other social activities by awareness programmes, adult education classes, lectures, essay competitions, exhibitions, symposiums, cultural programmes, press conferences and seminars.
To provide food, clothes, medical-aid, stationery, transportation, libraries, laboratories, reading rooms, hostels, play grounds, swimming pools and other possible facilities to the students and also to the members of the Society.
To do such other things/ acts/ activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of any of the objects of the Society;
